Neuromuscular dentistry is a specialist field that examines the entire system that controls the positioning and function of your jaw and neck. A neuromuscular dentist uses modern technology and other electronic instruments to align the jaw and neck to eliminate pain and other TMJ symptoms.

At My Smile Dental Clinic, we listen to your worries and wants before creating your personal full-mouth reconstruction treatment plan. full mouth reconstructions are done in following steps

Finding the Right Bite

In the first appointment we gather information about how the muscles routinely perform by detailed history taking, clinical examination and using different advanced equipment’s like Tscan, Electromyography (EMG), Electro sonography, Joint Vibration Analysis (JVA) and, Jaw movement Tracking devices. These devices help to differentiate normal and abnormal function of muscles and movement of jaw bone in different excursions. These devices are often crucial to plan and communicate your treatment needs.

Temporaries

Once the effectiveness and comfort of Test Drive is confirmed, the teeth are modified to receive the temporaries. These temporaries are fine tuned to your precise aesthetic and functional requirements and further desired changes can be duplicated in the finished restorations.

Fixing your full mouth reconstruction teeth permanently

As per the proposed design and function of temporaries, our lab technicians fabricate final restorations with fine colour, surface anatomy and texture. Doctors fix these restorations permanently with strong cements.
